Nutritional advice

To get an optimal result, it is important to follow a feeding schedule in combination with the HYPOXI sessions. Fortunately, you don't have to come up with all this yourself, because you will receive a nutrition schedule from me that you can easily follow during your HYPOXI day and while doing your HYPOXI cure.

HYPOXI therapy

During a HYPOXI session, your body parts in the HYPOXI machine are exposed to a light, but varying pressure. The pressure difference is created by the use of vacuum and compression. This stimulates and intensifies the tissue and blood circulation. During a HYPOXI session, extra blood is sung into the adipose tissue and skin during the vacuum phase, enhancing the supply of nutrients to these areas. During the compression phase, the blood and fluids are drained again. This gives you 3x more results for the same effort as without a HYPOXI machine.

Coaching

I dont stop with nutritional advice and HYPOXI sessions. I also give you coaching, because sometimes you just need that extra push or a handy step-by-step plan to achieve your goal. Together we will work towards your goal. I don't strive for an ideal image as you see in all fashion magazines, but I strive for an ideal what you want to achieve and what fits your life. Do you want to lose weight or have tighter skin? Do you want to tackle one or more specific areas of your body? Do you want to lose weight in a relaxed way without getting sweaty and get the right advice? That's all I can do for you with the right coaching and guidance.
