My name is Hanneke Bisseling, I was born and raised in Eindhoven and have built Fitness De Stap and HYPOXI Studio De Stap in Luyksgestel over the past 10 years. With the experience I gained there, I have now started a second HYPOXI Studio The Shape Boutique in my beloved Eindhoven. This feels like a dream come true. I think it is important to guide women to a healthier body and diet, and I enjoy coaching them to feel good about themselves again. I don't stick to the standard size shapes of this time, women come in all shapes and sizes and I think that's beautiful. My goal with my clients is to help them achieve what they want and not what "should" according to statistics. I therefore always opt for a personal approach, where we determine together what the goal can be. Whether this is weight loss, tighter skin, reduced cellulite or to help you with recovery after pregnancy, staying fit and recovering from an injury or preparation/recovery during or after a medical procedure, such as surgery.
